Paul has been slangin drinks in the Hill Country for about 10 years. He’s done pretty much every style of bartending from the college bars in San Marcos to being a Lead in a 5 star restaurant in Downtown Austin.

He was extremely excited when he got the call to join Mean Eyed Cat because he’s always wanted to work for FBR. When he’s not working he’s usually playing bar games like pool and darts, going to a concert, or taking his Brittany Spaniel named Ruby on a long walk. His favorite drink is a Reposado Old Fashioned, but if you see him out just get him a shot of Fireball!
