I’m Lauren and I’m from Wichita Falls, Texas. I’ve been in the industry most of my life and started working in restaurants while in college. I moved to Austin after visiting my sister at Texas State and fell in love with the beautiful Texas Hill country. I started bartending at Sean Patrick's Irish Pub in San Marcos and moved to Austin in 2015, working at various restaurants and bars around town. I’ve always wanted to work at Mean Eyed and found my home here after being with FBR for two years. I love the outdoors and can be caught camping, hiking, playing volleyball, or just lounging at Barton Springs. If you catch me out and about, I’ll always cheers you with an Espolon or a High Life Pony!
